Highliner Charters and R&R Charters specialize in guided salmon, halibut, and lingcod fishing trips in the San Juan Islands. Anacortes Whale Watching Tours provides personalized whale-watching experiences and offers small-group whale watching, sightseeing, bottom fishing, and crabbing excursions. Captain Brett is noted for his conversational and friendly demeanor, ensuring guests have memorable encounters with marine wildlife. In addition to his professional endeavors, Brett serves as the president of Fish Northwest, an organization committed to promoting fishing opportunities and conservation for Puget Sound recreational anglers. He is also a licensed minister at Christ The King Church in Anacortes, Washington, where his wife, Pattie, serves as a council member.
