At R&R we provide multiple options for handling your catch once back at the dock. These range from simply walking off with your fish whole and intact, to having it fully filleted, vacuum-packed, frozen, and shipped. We and our partner Highliner Charters are the only charter operators in Puget Sound offering this full range of services.

• Our basic complimentary services include cleaning, filleting, and bagging of your catch.
• Additionally, we can vacuum-pack your fillets at the rate of $4.50 per pound (fish are weighed whole before cleaning and filleting). For your travel planning purposes, please be aware that the turn-around time for fish processing and vacuum-packing will be dependent on our schedule and workload. We cannot guarantee your fish will be processed and vacuum-packed on the spot. It may not be available for pick up until a day or so after your charter. Our office hours for picking up processed fish are Monday through Saturday 12:30pm – 2:00pm.
  
• If you would like your catch frozen and shipped, we do offer shipping via FedEx First Overnight. The cost will include a $25 insulated shipping box with frozen gel packs, a $25 handling fee, and current FedEx shipping rates. We ship on Mondays and Thursdays, and you can choose a Monday or Thursday that is convenient to receive the package.
• Another option we recommend if possible is to check the insulated box of frozen fish as luggage if you are flying home. 
• If you would like your fish filleted, bagged, and held for pickup without any additional processing, we will refrigerate and hold it for you.  We will only be open for pickup during our office hours of 12:30 – 2 pm Mon-Sat.  We will not hold any fish past 48 hours without being vacuum packed and frozen, at this time, a processing fee of $4.50 per lb will be applied to the entire amount of fish held and charged to your credit card.
• If you have chosen to fish with a charter company other than us or Highliner, but still want to partake in our services, bring your fish by our office and have it processed, shipped, or held for pickup. (The processing rate for all fish brought to us from an outside party is $5.50 per lb, weighed whole before cleaning).
